ضعي 50 مل من كريم الحماية من الشمس بحرية وبشكل متساوٍ على منطقة الوجه والجسم قبل الخروج في الشمس.

في حالة الاستخدام في البحر وحمامات السباحة، يوصى بتكرار الاستخدام بعد تجفيف البشرة جيدًا.
